Q:  Are bags and bins free?

A:  Yes bags are free and come in 4 sizes.  20lb, 30lb, 40lb & 50Lb.

 

Q:  Can I keep my bags? 

A:  Yes if you take out a 6 month membership or longer.

Q:  Can I use my own bags?

A:  Yes but you can not go over 50lb in any bag.

​

Q:  How are the bags stored?

A:  They are hung on a moving rail system.  That is why they can't weigh more then 50 pounds each.

Q:  What are the bags made of?

A:  A strong breathable material with zippers to keep your belongings safe, dry and clean.

Q:  Do you take photos of my bags?  No, you do and store them on your phone and on our website.  We use smart chips to track the bags and security tags to lock each bag.

Q:  How do I know how many Go Bags I need?

A:  We can estimate for you.

Q:  What is the best way to pack a my bags?

A:  Never over pack your bag.  Make sure the zippers can be closed and the security tags can be attached.

Q: Can I store items that don’t fit inside a Bag?

A:  Yes but they can not weigh more then 50 Pounds and can not be furniture. Such as Chairs, Couch, Book Shelfs and other heavy items.
